Whole hams
We have selected 3 grades of whole hams (back leg of pig). We do not import any hams from pigs which are indoor reared - all our hams are made from either free range or outdoor reared pigs, and all are matured for a minimum period of 24 months. This guarentees you will be buying a ham of the highest quality.
Iberico Hams
Iberico ham is made from the celebrated black pig, or pata negra. The different grades are explained in more detail in our 'about iberico ham' page.
